The artist retain all rights over art and designs that's been done and have the freedom to use it in their portofolio.

Art and Design that's been done are strictly for personal use only. commercial use will require inquiries from the artist.

Full and proper credit must be given for all artwork, attributed to: grappucino

Clients may not claim the artist's work as their own, redistribute it for profit, or edit/alter any piece without the artist's explicit consent.

the artist forbid the usage of their art for ai, data training, crypto, or nft purposes.

Violation of these Terms of Service will result in the client being blacklisted and reported to the wider artist community.

design and adopt may only be redesigned up to 80% or as long as the character is still recognizable. anything above that is forbidden.

any harmful changes (e.g., white washing, turning fat character skinny, etc.) are forbidden and will be met with an immediet blacklist from purchasing future design.

design and adopt will have a 1 week cool down after purchase before it can be sold, gifted, or traded again.

Any adopt obtained through trade or gift may not be resold without the addition of paid assets (e.g., commissioned work).

Clients may not place offers on additional designs if prior offer have not been paid or fulfilled.

prices are all listed in USD (1 USD = rp 17.000).

payment will be done strictly through paypal, ko-fi, and bni only.

Payment is due upfront upon order confirmation. Payment must be completed within 48 hours unless otherwise discussed; failure to pay will result in commission being declined or adopt being reopened.

Payment plans and holds are negotiable; please inform the artist of the necessary details in advance.

For commercial use, payment will be issued at 100% the original price or bid.

payment via art trade are required to be finished under a month. failing to meet that deadline will result in the adopt being put up for offer again.
